Gossip Girl actress Leighton Meester debuted a lighter hair color yesterday (May 5th) as she promoted Herbal Essences hair products in Madrid, Spain. Leighton is the first spokesperson for Herbal Essences, and has been working with the brand to create new ads for their line of hair care products.

Leighton will also be heading to Budapest soon, where she will join Selena Gomez, Katie Cassidy, and Cory Monteith for the shooting of their new movie Monte Carlo.
